Colours in Praise Party postponed

KINGSTON, Jamaica — The inaugural staging of the Colours In Praise Party, scheduled for St Andrew High School for Girls in Kingston today, has been postponed due to the inclement weather.

According to organisers, a new date is to be announced.

“The public will be advised of the new date in December for the staging of the Colours in Praise Party,” said Byron Buckley, communications director for Spring Praise Jamaica.

Gospel artiste Rondell Positive was slated to headline the event.

The event was also scheduled to feature a gospel electronic dance music (EDM) spin-off competition among high school DJs, a special EDM feature segment by DJ Marlon Young, and a Fashion & Decorum (FaD) Show.
