Credit Union stages free parenting seminar Monday
KINGSTON, Jamaica – First Heritage Co-operative Credit Union (FHCCU) will stage a free seminar on parenting Monday (May 27) at 4:00pm at the Knutsford Court Hotel in Kingston.
FHCCU in collaboration with Youth Opportunities Unlimited say they are aiming to fill a critical need by “providing an outlet for parents and teachers to get coaching and practical tips on raising well-adjusted, psychologically healthy children, who will become our nation’s future leaders.”
The seminar, which is open to the public, is a training and coaching workshop and will take the format of an informative interactive session where professionals in related fields give advice and answer questions specifically related to the topics selected.
This year, the seminar with the theme ‘Protecting Our Children’ is under the patronage of Her Excellency Lady Allen, wife of the Governor General.
