DC nabbed with stolen car
CLARENDON, Jamaica – A District Constable of Kellits, Clarendon, assigned to the Frankfield Police Station in the parish, was yesterday charged with receiving stolen property, among other charges.
He has been identified as 25-year-old Alston Gordon.
Reports from the Frankfield Police are that on Tuesday, December 13, a 2000 Honda Civic motor car that was reported stolen on Friday, November 4, to the Hunts Bay Police, was found in Kellits, Clarendon in Gordon’s possession. Gordon was subsequently arrested and charged with receiving stolen property, fraudulent use of license plate, forgery, and unlawful wounding. The police did not elaborate on the case of unlawful wounding.
