Elderly man missing from KPH

KINGSTON, Jamaica – The police are looking for an elderly man who went missing from the Kingston Public Hospital yesterday.

He is 86-year-old Eric Derecketts of Blue Mountain Drive, Nannyville Gardens in St Andrew.

Derecketts is of dark complexion, medium build and is about 168 centimetres (5 feet 6 inches) tall.

Reports from the Stadium Police are that Derecketts was last seen at the Kingston Public Hospital about 2:35 pm, wearing a blue hat, brown striped shirt, black pants and a pair of black shoes. He has not been heard from since.

Anyone knowing the whereabouts of Eric Derecketts is being asked to contact the Stadium Police at 946-1831, police 119 emergency number or the nearest police station.
