KINGSTON, Jamaica - Residents of Lakes Pen in St Catherine this morning made a gruesome discovery when they stumbled on the severed head of a man on the Lakes Pen main road.
The body of the dead man, identified as Sheldon Najair, was found near his home some distance away on the bank of a canal.
Scene of Crime investigators are scouring the area for clues as nervous residents gather with concern etched on their faces .
