Man shot dead in St Thomas

ST THOMAS, Jamaica — A man was fatally shot shortly after eight o’clock this morning on Ducass Avenue at Albion in St Thomas.

The deceased man has been identified as 33-year-old Carl Armstrong.

Details surrounding the shooting incident are unconfirmed at this time
