Missing men found dead in abandoned motor car
WETSMORELAND, Jamaica – Two men who were reported missing on Saturday were found a day later in an abandoned motor car in the Farm Pen community of Frome, Westmoreland.
The men have been identified as 40-year-old mason Carlton Crooks of Bull Bay in Lucea, Hanover, and 27-year-old phone technician Denton Hall of Esher Housing Scheme, also in Hanover.
Reports from the Savanna-la-Mar police are that missing person reports were filed for the two men at the Lucea Police Station on Saturday, after the men reportedly left their homes on Thursday, July 23, and had not been seen since.
Then, reports are that about 2:20 am yesterday, residents reported seeing a motor car that appeared to have been abandoned in the area and alerted the police.
The police say a search was subsequently done and the men’s bodies discovered inside the parked motor vehicle.
They both had gunshot wounds.
