Police warn motorists to avoid area due to downed power line
KINGSTON, Jamaica — The police are asking motorists to avoid using Langston Road and Waterloo Road in Vineyard Town, Kingston 2.
According to an advisory issued by the police’s Corporate Communications Unit at 12:51 am Sunday, there is a downed power line in the area.
The police say this downed power line poses a potential danger to human life.
When OBSERVER ONLINE attempted to find out if the situation has changed since the advisory was issued, the CCU said there is no further update.
