Sandals Foundation brings Christmas cheer
Volunteers from Sandals Royal Caribbean came out in their numbers last week to share the joy of the season with homeless and mentally ill individuals living on the streets of Montego Bay. During the treat, which was spearheaded by the Sandals Foundation in collaboration with the Open Heart Charitable Mission, more than 120 people were fed. The Sandals Foundation works hard all year on projects to improve education, access for youth and community members to improved health, sports and skills training, as well as environmental protection. This Christmas treat was one of more than 91 treats being carried out by the foundation across the Caribbean region this year. Here a volunteer hands a meal to a homeless man in Montego Bay.
