Shape up with ATL and Juliet Cuthbert

KINGSTON, Jamaica – Double Olympic Silver Medallist and Fitness Consultant Juliet Cuthbert will take the lead on the first ever Appliance Traders Limited (ATL) fitness event – ‘ATL Shape Up’ set for Saturday, February 8th at Hope Gardens. The official warm up event for the 2014 Sigma Corporate Run, the 90-minute workout event is open to the public at a fee of $500 per person with all proceeds set to benefit the Sigma Corporate Run charity.

Cuthbert who operates her own Health and Fitness Studio is charged and ready to break a sweat , “I’m pretty excited to be a part of this because fitness is a big part of who I am and I am very passionate about helping persons achieve their own health goals” she expressed excitedly. “It’s going to be hard but I can guarantee you that it will also be loads of fun so definitely register and come on out with us” she said. As a further incentive, the first one hundred registrants will receive a special 2-month membership discount from Cuthbert Fitness Studio.

The ‘Shape Up with ATL’ event hosted by Juliet Cuthbert starts at 6am and will go until 9am. Onsite registration will begin at 5:30am but persons can register ahead of the event at www.atljamaica.com or at any ATL branch in Kingston, Ocho Rios and Montego Bay. This event is sponsored by Cuthbert Fitness Studio, Orijin, Rainforest Seafoods, FAME FM, Nature Valley,  ATL Automotive, Jamaica Observer, Powerade and Wata.
