Two men killed in Clarendon crash
CLARENDON, Jamaica — Two people have been confirmed dead and four hospitalised following a motor vehicle crash along the Bustamante Highway in Mineral Heights, Clarendon on Monday.
Dead are 36-year-old Christopher Burke of North Street in Denbeigh, Clarendon and 35-year-old Courtney Tatar of North Carolina in the United States of America.
The May Pen Police say that Burke and four passengers were travelling in a Nissan Pulsar motor car along the roadway at about 11:15 am when it collided with a Mitsubishi pick-up truck.
The injured were taken to hospital where Burke and Tatar succumbed and the three others admitted. The driver of the pick up was also admitted.
