Ritz-Carlton Rose Hall gets name change
The Ritz-Carlton Rose Hall, Jamaica is now known as The Ritz-Carlton Golf & Spa Resort, Rose Hall, Jamaica.
Newly appointed general manager, Martin Nicholson, explained that the name change was effected to highlight the resort’s White Witch golf course and it’s European style Spa.
“After securing the AAA five diamond award within our first year of operation, The Ritz-Carlton Golf & Spa Resort, Rose Hall, Jamaica has established its rightful place as one of the Caribbean’s true world class resorts. Accordingly, it is only befitting to re-brand the hotel with a name reflecting the lifestyle that guests have learned to associate with our exclusive facilities. The new name creates a direct association between the ultimate golf experience that our White Witch golf course offers and the signature services and specialty treatments that are available at our spa,” Nicholson said.
“This further encapsulates our hotel as the ultimate resort for a vacation experience filled with a level of service for which Ritz-Carlton is widely known. I also believe that the new name will continue to highlight the exclusivity and privacy of the Rose Hall enclave.”
Located on 5,000 acres in Jamaica’s exclusive Rose Hall, the 427-room resort offers the seclusion of a beachfront hideaway, complete with an 18-hole championship golf course, and a full-service spa. It also offers a variety of water sports and recreational activities, five dining outlets and more than 25,000 square feet of meeting space. The upscale resort is also conveniently located just 15 minutes from the Sangster International Airport.
