Mechanical problems causing water disruption — NWC
THE National Water Commission (NWC) is advising customers served by the Long Mountain water supply system in St Andrew that the water supply disruptions that they are experiencing is as a result of mechanical problems being experienced at the NWC facility that serves the area.
The affected areas include Harbour View, the Norman Manley International Airport, Shooters Hill , Rockfort, Port Royal and sections of Eastern Kingston
The NWC apologises for the inconvenience and assures customers that every effort will be made to restore regular water supply by Thursday. In the interim, water will be trucked to some affected areas.
