LAST weekend, Guardsman Group held a dog show and animal fair on the lawns of the company’s offices on Old Hope Road. The show featured specially trained dogs from the security company who demonstrated their skills at taking down bad guys, jumping through hoops and obedience.

A true family event, kids and their parents visited with Guardsman’s collection of parrots, including Boo-Boo, a very tame and utterly charming blue and gold macaw. A few brave souls got to hold the company’s two pet snakes, Vincent van Gogh and Tommy Hilfiger.
