Excellent cookbook
Dear Editor,
I am compelled to take time out to congratulate you and your team for the excellent publication Christmas COOKBOOK 2010, which appeared in the Daily Observer of Thursday, December 16, 2010.
It was not only excellently arranged but the pictures were quite graphic. Also there was something for everyone, including vegans and vegetarians like myself. Your whipped sweet potatoes, maple and sage glazed pumpkin wedges, peanut vegetable curry wraps, green gungo rice with pecans and pumpkin yam recipes were simply amazing.
This cookbook should be seen by your readers and others as a wonderful Christmas gift from the Jamaica Observer and it will be for me a “keepsake”. There was obviously a lot of effort applied to this publication.
Wishing you and your staff, as your chairman would say, “All that’s good for 2011.”
