IT has been 11 years since Osmosis — one of the now most anticipated parties on the calendar — has been around, and still the event manages to bring out the best in food, drinks, people and vibe.

Rains postponed the event, but patrons still came out in their numbers at the Caymanas Estate last Saturday night. The promoters, Mad Circle Entertainment, who promised a fun-filled event with food and drinks galore were not dissappointed by the turnout.

By 1:00 am the crowd outside grew considerably, but the event was so well-organised that this was never a problem. As patrons made their way around the venue to visit each of the food tent, one must admire the deçor.

Osmosis is the kind of event that made one feel as though they were in familiar territory — drinks and dinner with friends. With that said, it is undeniable that one of the most admired thing about Osmosis is its super-exclusivity that sees its patrons basking in delectables from some of Jamaica’s most well-known restaurants like TGIF, Habibi Latino, Rib Kage and Shrimp-To-Go.

No event is complete without good music and the musical stylings of Sanjay from Coppershot, ZJ Chrome and Liquid had patrons swinging, gyrating and dancing to a variety of pop, hip-hop and dancehall music.

Mad Circle has been known to fete the desires of their patrons. Great music, beautiful people, unlimited drinks and good food saw another Osmosis being placed in the good books of many if not all patrons.
