CHEESY BREAD
INGREDIENTS
2 cups Pancake mix
3/4 cups milk
1 cup cheese
butter
garlic seasoning
METHOD
1 Preheat oven at 300º C. Grease baking pan with butter.
2 Measure two cups Pancake Mix, 3/4 cup milk gartered cheese (depending on your liking for cheese, it could be more or less). Combine and mix thoroughly.
3 With a spoon create small scoops of the mixture in the baking pan with enough space between them allowing for expansion.
4 Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until golden. Readiness of biscuits can be tested with a toothpick.
5 After the biscuits have finished baking, melt some butter and add a little garlic seasoning to it then mix.
6 Apply onto hot biscuits evenly and serve warm alone or with a sauce.
TOMATO SAUCE
This tasty sauce can be served with the biscuits or any other treat you may make. Also perfect for any occasion.
