23 years behind bars
Christopher ‘Dudus’ Coke appeared before Judge Robert Patterson in a United States Court on Friday morning for his sentencing.
Coke pleaded guilty last August, confessing to racketeering, conspiracy and conspiracy to commit assault. It was alleged that before receiving the actual sentencing, the drug lord sought to inform the judge of that he is still a pretty decent guy, “Sir, I’m not going to stand in this court and tell you I’m a saint. I’m a good person. I’ve done a lot of good things to help people in my community.”
He was subsequently given a 23-year timeout after prosecutors lobbied for him to receive the maximum sentence.

The 2012 Oslo Diamond League men’s 100-metre race was one that had spectators at the edge of their seats.
Indeed it was a close one which ended with double World record holder Usain Bolt clocking 9.79. Bolt finished ahead of colleagues Asafa Powell and Lerone Clarke. Former World record-holder Powell crossed second in 9.85 and Lerone Clarke finished third in 10.10.
It was, however, alleged that he admitted he was struggling to get to grips with the new Omega starting blocks resulting in his poor start.
