‘Saints’ ready for runways
FIFTEEN Saint International models are in London and New York preparing for the international series of fashion weeks which begins with Mercedes Benz New York Fashionweek from tomorrow until September 13.

Among the models enjoying a buzz from casting directors across the fashion globe (New York, London, Paris, Milan) include fresh-faced Tsheca White, runway favorites Shena Moulton, Raschell Osbourne, Shaneke Guyher, Sosheba Griffiths, Ashane Rose, Kim Gordon, Jade Stephenson, Stacy Anderson, Brad Allen and Sean Thompson.
Bald-head beauty Rose is making her New York debut having conquered the runways of London and Paris for the past few seasons, fronted campaign for Zara and appeared for power glossies Italian Elle and Dazed and Confused.
Griffiths, who has returned to the New York market after an extended stint in London and South Africa, is said to be getting strong feedback from top clients.
Guyher, who has been spending months in development, will now make her European debut in London.
Superstar Shena will skip New York this season, starting the cycle ‘across the pond’ in London.
“New York casting directors are reportedly excited at the positively Jamaican vibe that the models are bringing to the casting process. Models have been reporting discussions on Jamaica’s performance at the recent Olympics,” Peters said.
Now with fittings and options aplenty, the Saints are ready to represent Jamaica as they march in earnest on the glam-fests that are New York. London, Milan and Paris Fashion weeks all unveiling their Spring/Summer 2013 Collections.
