SURPRISE package New Kingston will have their perfect start to the Hi-Lyte/KSAFA Major League season tested today when they travel to Norman Manley High School to face Maxfield Park in one of three Zone B encounters starting at 3:00 pm.

In the other Zone B matches, leaders Bull Bay take on bottom-of-the-table Meadforest, while Swallowfield entertain Duhaney Park.

In Zone A, front-runners Constant Spring travel to Molynes field to play Molynes United, Real Mona play Cooreville Gardens at Buttercup Park, and Browns Town host Pembroke Hall at Vauxhall High School.

New Kingston, who stunned Duhaney Park in their opening fixture and turned back Swallowfield for successive wins, are second in Zone B behind Bull Bay only on goal difference. However, they will face a much sterner test when they play away to Maxfield, who have won one and lost one.

Bull Bay won their first two matches 4-1 and 3-0 and should pick up their third straight win against the already struggling Meadforest, who have lost their two matches so far.

Duhaney Park will also start favourites against Swallowfield.

In Zone A, Constant Spring should also stretch their winning start to the three games. The group leaders scored impressive wins against Cooreville (5-1) and Pembroke Hall (3-1) and look a sure bet against Molynes.

They lead the points standing with maximum six points, while all the other teams are locked on three points, except Pembroke Hall, who have none.

Over in the Syd Bartlett competition, Seaview and Whitfield Town will be hunting back-to-back wins when they square off in the feature game at Seaview.

In other games, Stony Hill and Marverley will try to rebound from their opening day defeats when they meet at Stony Hill, while Central Kingston will also look to turn their bad start around when they tackle the national Under-17 team at Winchester Park.

All games start at 3:00 pm.
