Continental Baking Co, Rainforest fete kids at ‘Pickney Sinting’
CHILDREN living in the environs of the Rainforest Distribution Complex on Slipe Road in Kingston were the special guests at a treat staged by Continental Baking Company, producers of the National brand, and Rainforest Seafoods on December 15.
Dubbed ‘Pickney Sinting’, the treat saw more than 1,200 children being feted by staff members of both companies, with each child receiving a loot bag of goodies from Santa, which included toys, crayons and snacks.
The children, their parents and guardians were kept entertained by comedian and radio personality Christopher ‘Johnny’ Daley.
Activities included picture-taking with Santa, singing, eating, and dancing competitions, as well as giveaways for the kids.
