Man wanted in killing of Mandeville doctor nabbed in Kingston
MANDEVILLE, Jamaica – The Manchester police confirmed that Roger Broderick who was listed as a person of interest in relation to the killing of Mandeville radiologist Dr Phil Chamberlain was held on Saturday, May 11 at a Dunrobin address in Kingston.
Broderick, otherwise called ‘Government’ is from Alston in Clarendon.
Police say that Broderick made an appearance in the Mandeville Resident Magistrates’ court Thursday and was remanded until May 29.
Chamberlain’s body was reportedly found in a pool of blood with stab wounds, at his Cobblestone Professional Centre office at Brumalia Road in Mandeville, after 9:00 pm sometime in July last year.
Jillian Bernard of Spalding, Clarendon and a former employee of Chamberlain is still wanted in relation to the same matter.
