India defeat Sri Lanka, to play England in final
KINGSTON, Jamaica — India defeated Sri Lanka today to set up a clash with England in the final of the ICC Champions Trophy.
India successfully chased 182 runs to beat Sri Lanka by eight wickets and with 90 balls to spare.
India’s batting was led by Shikar Dharwan who made 68 runs off 92 balls and Virat Kohli, 58 runs from 64 balls.
India will now face hosts England, who beat South Africa yesterday, in Birmingham Sunday.
