Portia and Andrew are playing ‘ketchy-shubby’

When the JLP and its leader Andrew Holness made much of an insignificant local government by-election win in the Cassia Park Division in Peter Phillips’ PNP-held constituency, to me it was nothing more than what any Opposition leader would have done.

Crow about a recent win in an area filled with more Labourites than those who supported the PNP.
