Keith Clarke murder trial date to be set on October 25
KINGSTON, Jamaica – The three soldiers charged with the 2010 murder of businessman Keith Clarke return to the Home Circuit Court on October 25 for case management hearing.
A trial date is expected to be set at that time.
The case management date was set this morning when Lance Corporals Greg Tinglin and Odel Buckley and private Arnold Henry appeared in court.
Clarke was killed on May 27, 2010 at his Kirkland Heights residence in St Andrew, during the time members of the security forces were searching for Christopher ‘Dudus’ Coke, the then most wanted criminal in the island.
