During a radio interview last Tuesday morning, Mike Tyson said that he was worried about troubled rapper Chris Brown. The 47-year-old retired boxing legend was on the Scott and Todd Morning Show in New York City, telling the pair that he was an admirer of the 24-year-old singer.

Brown was arrested early last Sunday morning after he allegedly punched a man and broke his nose, and was released last Monday after the assault charge was reduced from a felony to a misdemeanour.

“I really like and admire that little guy but what he really needs to understand is that eventually, if you keep doing that stuff, people will turn on you,” Tyson said.

While Brown has been selling out arenas, Tyson said he also once performed before sold-out venues with a bad stigma attached to his name.

“I’m just worried about him, because he’s really a sweet kid. He’s probably going through some overbearing pressures and if he keeps getting violent cases — he was arrested for this, assault here, assault there — they’re going to put him somewhere where that’s all they do, assault people,” said the boxing champ, who served a three-year prison term after being convicted in 1992 of rape.

The prison reference by Tyson should hit close to home for Brown, who faces jail if found in violation of his probation stemming from his 2009 assault on ex-girlfriend Rihanna.

The Jonas Brothers call it quits

Three weeks ago, they cancelled their 19-city fall tour due to a ‘deep rift within the band.’

And now the Jonas Brothers have officially called it quits after eight years performing together.

‘It’s over for now,’ Kevin, who turns 26 next week, confirmed to People magazine on Tuesday last.

Joe, 24, added: “It was a unanimous decision.”

And Nick, 21, concluded: “It’s really hard to say ‘forever.’ We’re closing a chapter, for sure.”

The Grammy-nominated trio’s Twitter page is still offline, and last week Nick tweeted for fans to “bear with them” while Joe tweeted they were ‘getting their s**t together.’

Meanwhile, their fifth studio album, V, which Joe boasted was ‘the best one yet’ has yet to be released.

A Storm is coming!

It is a film that excitingly unites the star-studded cast of the original X-Men franchise with the younger stars of the rebooted 2011 prequel First Class.

And judging by the first official trailer for X-Men: Days Of Future Past, both sets of mutants are in fighting form. Halle Berry last starred as the weather-manipulating mutant Storm in the 2006 movie X-Men: The Last Stand, but the actress looks equally youthful as she reprises her role in spectacular style.

The 47-year-old actress shows off white hair and leather apparel in the movie which she filmed while pregnant with her son Maceo. The two-minute, 17-second trailer shows her summoning lightning while gazing fearfully at looming storm clouds overhead. Also making an appearance in the trailer as shape-shifting Mystique, Jennifer Lawrence dons a blue scaly body suit and make-up while demonstrating some impressive action moves in a dramatic fight scene.
