Kaliese Spencer takes silver in Women’s 400m
KINGSTON, Jamaica – Jamaica’s Kaliese Spencer took the silver medal in the Women’s 400m final in a personal best time of 51.54 at the World Indoor Athletics Championships in Sopot, Poland, on Saturday.
Francena McCorory of the United States won the gold in 51.12 seconds while Shaunae Miller of the Bahamas took the bronze in a time of 52.06.
Jamaica’s Patricia Hall placed fifth in a time of 52.51.
