England 60 -3 after 10 overs in T20
KINGSTON, Jamaica — England won the toss and chose to bat against the West Indies in the second T20 international at Kensington Oval on Tuesday.
The visitors got off to a shaky start losing three wickets for 26 after five overs. At 10 overs England were 60 runs for three wickets.

West Indies won the first of the three-match series.
The third and final T20 is scheduled for Thursday.
