Suspected drowning of 22-y-o in St Ann

KINGSTON, Jamaica – Twenty-two-year-old Donahue Earl of Claremont Heights, Old Harbour in St Catherine is suspected to have drowned at the Flavas Beach in Runaway, St Ann on Sunday, November 30.

OBSERVER ONLINE understands that Earl was part of a group from the Old Harbour Police Youth Club that went on an outing to Flavas Beach on Saturday.

Reports from the Runaway Bay Police are that on Sunday Earl was allegedly swimming with friends when he got into difficulties and an alarm was raised. The police were summoned and on arrival retrieved Earl’s body from the water.

Investigations continue.
