Meanwhile, in other Zone A matches, Barbican, making their first appearance for the season, clobbered Allman/Woodford 5 -0 at Bell Chung Oval with a hat-trick from Akeem Shackleford and one each from Romario Wedderburn and Donovan Segree.
In other matches, Mountain View eased past August Town 2-1 at the UWI Bowl, while joint leaders Real Mona and Santos deadlocked at two goals apiece with Joel Pagon and Shevon Stewart finding the net for Real Mona and Ronaldo Brown replying for Santos at Butter Cup Park.
In Zone B, Tivoli Gardens maintained their winning form by edging New Kingston 1-0 with a goal from Rodico Wellington at Collie Smith Drive and Brown’s Town squeezed past Bull Bay 2-1 at Vauxhall High School grounds.
