Balaclava Health Centre accepting emergencies only
ST ELIZABETH, Jamaica — The Balaclava Health Centre in St Elizabeth will be offering limited services over the next two weeks.
This is due to construction work that will be carried out at the premises.
“During this period, emergency cases will be addressed, however, persons are being asked to utilise other health centres in the parish such as the Aberdeen and Maggotty health centres and the Santa Cruz Centre of Excellence,” a release from the Southern Regional Health Authority said today.
The management of the St Elizabeth Health Services also apologised to residents, noting that the construction work is in an effort to enhance service delivery and ensure the continued safety of clients and staff.
