#BEIJING2015: Usain Bolt hits Bird’s Nest track again

KINGSTON, Jamaica – Jamaica’s quarter-milers will hit the track at the Birds Nest National Stadium in the women’s 400m semi-finals to earn their places in the final.

Jamaica will be represented in all three heats after all four athletes made it through to the semi-finals at the IAAF World Championships now under way.

Stephenie Ann McPherson and Christine Day won their heats, clocking 50.34 and 50.58, respectively.

Mcpherson will be running out of lane six in heat two, while Day will line up in lane five of heat one.

Compatriots Shericka Jackson and Novlene Williams-Mills are both in the final heat, running out of lanes five and six, respectively.

Will Jamaica book four spots in the final?

Also, the world’s fastest man Usain Bolt hits the track again, this time in the 200 metres at 6:35 am.
