UPDATE: ‘Judge’ charged with murder of 14-y-o Canadian

KINGSTON, Jamaica – The Hunts Bay Police have charged Omar James, otherwise called ‘Judge’, with the murder of a 14-year-old Canadian resident on Tuesday, September 1.

James turned himself into the police Tuesday morning after he was listed as a Person of Interest in connection with the murder, which occurred in Kingston on Sunday, August 30.

He was questioned in the presence of his attorney where he was subsequently arrested and charged.
