UPDATE: Heavy rain unleashes more floods, mudslide in struggling Dominica
ROSEAU, Dominica (AP) — The eastern Caribbean island of Dominica has been hit by more flooding and mudslides as the remnants of former Tropical Storm Grace swirl through the Caribbean.Related story:Dominica schools closed as new weather system threatens
Disaster Coordinator Don Corriette warned residents in low-lying areas to evacuate as authorities assessed the damage on Saturday. He said there were fallen trees and several roads blocked by rising waters.
Dominica is struggling to recover from Tropical Storm Erika, which unleashed floods and mudslides in late August. At least 31 people were killed and 371 homes were destroyed.
