Matthew Lyn, chief operating officer CB Group extends an invitation to The Jamaica Food & Drink Festival
The Food:
When you give a chef the freedom, space and budget to create, they tend to go out and show off and that just sounds delicious!
The Experience:
This isn’t a profit-making venture, it’s an investment, so we’re going for quality, not quantity. A hard cap on the number of tickets for each event allows us to concentrate on maximising the experience. If we have long lines, run out of food, or have any service issues, we’d be very disappointed.
Ticket Prices:
We’re investing in the future and so ticket prices this year are heavily subsidised by all the sponsors to make it the events more affordable. It won’t always be this way!
Not Your Everyday Bar Menu:
JFDF is about being different and creating new experiences and all our beverage partners are excited to open up your palate with wines, spirits and beers not commonly found on the shelf.
Bragging Rights:
In 10 years, when we’re celebrating JFDF “X”, you’ll be able to say: you went to the very first one.
