Marco Polo delivers in ‘Ochi’
HUNDREDS of patrons turned up for Marco Polo held at Ocho Rios Bay Beach in St Ann, recently.
“We anticipated it would be big, but this is true testament of the strength of the brand. We are indeed pleased with the turnout and thank St Ann and neighbouring parishes for coming out to enjoy themselves with us,” said promoter Marvin Lawrence.
DJ Nicco set the event’s tone with his masterful juggling. He then made way for deejay Razor B, who kept the blaze going. His songs Bruk Back, Hot Up, and Up in Deh were well received.
By 9:00 pm, Hyperactive Sound Station’s DJ Ojay and Presley Hype had the massive crowd at Ocho Rios Bay Beach in a musical frenzy. They kept the pace until the end.
The next Marco Polo is slated for April 17 in South Florida before returning to Jamaica in summer of 2016.
