AFTER 12: Fusion BOAT RIDE a ‘shore’ winner
Although patrons never left the dock at Port Royal Street, Fusion Boat Ride on January 2 was just as entertaining as if the Caribbean Queen had taken to the high seas.
Called to dock patrol duty was, of course, OBSERVER PHOTOGRAPHER KARL MCLARTY.
