RDX talks Side Chicks
RDX will release their new single, Side Chicks, on Valentine’s Day. It is a deliberate move, said group member Renigade.
“We have decided to highlight the side chicks of the world on a day that is usually focused on celebrating the standard relationship,” Renigade told Splash.
Side Chicks is co-written by RDX (which also includes Delomar) and their Apartment 19 team, the Shella Posse. The song is from the duo’s upcoming EP
2FloorsUp.
“The song comes directly from experiences we both have had, as at one point or another we had side chicks in our lives. Man short; so there are five to six women battling for one man,” said Renigade.
A video for Side Chicks was filmed in Staten Island, New York, and directed by Deus Beni.
