RSPL Update: MBU thrash Boys’ Town 4-0

KINGSTON, Jamaica — Montego Bay United (MBU) consolidated their lead atop the Red Stripe Premier League (RSPL) standing following a comfortable 4-0 defeat of Boys’ Town at Barbican Stadium on Sunday.

Owayne Gordon led the onslaught with a brace in the second and 10th minutes, while Allen Ottey (51st) and Ronaldo Rodney (74th) got the others, as the former champions made light work of the ‘Red Brigade’.

With the win, MBU moved to 51 points, while Boys’ Town remain in the lower half of the 12-team standings on 30 points.
