KINGSTON, Jamaica – The first title in the 2016 Charley’s JB Rum/KSAFA Super League competition will be up for grabs on Friday, as Group A leaders Maverley/Hughenden take on Group B’s top team Browns Town FC in the mid-season final at Constant Spring football field.

The game is set to start at 8:15 pm.

Maverley/Hughenden earned the right to play in the mid-season extravaganza after an impressive record which saw the team garnering 18 points, following a table-topping six wins and one loss in Group A.

Group B leaders Browns Town booked their place in the final following a positive string of results in competition thus far.

They have recorded five wins, two losses and a draw in eight games, to amass 16 points.

The mid-season final will be broadcast live on TVJ Sports Network.

The evening’s curtain-raiser will commence at 6:00 pm with Rockfort FC taking on Santos FC in a rescheduled preliminary round encounter.

Magnum Tonic Wine and Charley’s JB Rum will ignite proceedings with entertainment and drink specials.
