1st ODI:South Africa win toss, batting vs Windies

GEORGETOWN, Guyana (CMC) – South Africa won the toss and chose to bat in the opening One-Day International of the Tri-Nations Series against West Indies at the Guyana National Stadium here Friday.

TEAMS:

WEST INDIES – Jason Holder (captain), Johnson Charles, Andre Fletcher, Darren Bravo, Marlon Samuels, Denesh Ramdin, Kieron Pollard, Carlos Brathwaite, Jerome Taylor, Sunil Narine, Sulieman Benn.

SOUTH AFRICA – AB de Villiers (captain), Quinton de Kock, Hashim Amla, Rilee Rossouw, JP Duminy, Farhaan Behardien, Chris Morris, Kyle Abbott, Kagiso Rabada, Aaron Phangiso, Imran Tahir.

UMPIRES: RAY Illingworth, Joel Wilson; TV – Nigel Llong.
