Rural Routes – Sept 26
1 – Taxi man Michael Bolton tries to get the attention of this Sea view Basic School in Long Bay, Portland. Bolton, on a daily basis, transports at least 20 students to and from school.
2 – This road leads to the community of Belvedere in west Portland. Residents are demanding that the relevant authorities conduct the necessary rehabilitation exercise to make travel to the community easier.
3 – This young lad is unaware of the danger he is in while he sleeps at the back of this Toyota Hiace minibus in Portland. The packed bus was being driven to Buff Bay in the parish. (Photos: Karl McLarty)
