IQ shows All HIs Love
For his latest song, All His Love , deejay IQ samples superstar rapper 50 Cent’s song of the same name.
According to the St Ann-born artiste, he put a dancehall flavour to the track which 50 Cent did for his 2012 album,
The Lost Tape.
“This single is different; I took 50 Cent’s song and added my own twist to it,” said IQ, who plans to promote All His Love in Jamaica and the eastern Caribbean.
“I was born in Jamaica so I have a great appreciation for Jamaican music and the culture,” he said.
The 42-year-old IQ (real name Ivin Qunick) is from Discovery Bay. He migrated to Florida in his teens and currently lives in New York.
In 2010, he released his first single, Women Lie, Men Lie, a fusion of dancehall and hip hop. His follow-up songs include I Wanna Know, Girly Girly and You Can’t Tell Me Nothing.
