Two men killed in St Catherine
ST CATHERINE, Jamaica – Two men were killed in the same area of Spanish Town, St Catherine in less than 24 hours.
In the first incident, residents of Quarry Hill reported hearing gunshots about 9 o’clock Wednesday night, then stumbled on a body about 9:30 this morning.
The deceased has been identified as 34-year-old Oneil Wallace, who the police said was killed in close proximity to his home.
Lawmen said on arrival, the body was seen with what appeared to be multiple gunshot wounds to the head.
Then, by 2:30 pm, the police were summoned to Lakes Pen, just below the Quarry Hill community, where an unidentified male was shot dead.
Up to 4:30 pm this afternoon lawmen were still processing the crime scene.
