Accused in Constant Spring Arcade murder remanded
ST ANDREW, Jamaica — The woman who reportedly shot a man, killing him in the Constant Spring Arcade in Half-Way-Tree, St Andrew, on September 28, was remanded for a bail application on Monday in the Kingston and St ?Andrew Parish Court.
Katherine Spencer, a 43-year-old businesswoman of a Kingston 10 address, was remanded in court this? morning after the case was postponed for the application.
Reports are that 48-year-old Barrington Walton of a Westmoreland address, and Spencer, who is a licensed firearm holder, were involved in an altercation when he was shot dead.
A file was prepared and submitted to the Office of the Director of Public ?Prosecution who ruled that Spencer be charged with murder.
