27-y-o mason fatally stabbed in Mavis Bank

ST ANDREW, Jamaica — Twenty-seven-year-old Elkoy Thomas, a mason of Content Gap, Mavis Bank in St Andrew died as a result of a stab wound he received in his community on Friday, January 20.

Reports from the Gordon Town Police are that about 10:30pm, Thomas had an argument with a man during which the man allegedly used a knife to stab him. He was taken to hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The man has since turned himself in to the police.

Investigations continue.
