St Ann woman who killed common-law husband to face court this week
ST ANN, Jamaica — The woman, who reportedly stabbed her common-law husband to death at their home in Hampstead, Runaway Bay last week, has been charged and is to be taken before the St Ann Parish Court this week.
Tiffany Grey, 27, was charged after her common-law husband was killed on the night of Sunday, February 26.
Reports are that the two had a dispute when 49-year-old Garfield Brooks was stabbed.
Grey then left the house taking their two children to a family member’s home. She later returned and called the police when she realised Brooks was dead.
Head of the St Ann Criminal Investigation Branch, Deputy Superintendent Richard Hylton said Grey will be taken before the court later this week.
