PHOTOS: Flooding in Portland

KINGSTON, Jamaica — Portland was among several parishes affected by flooding caused by heavy rains last night into this morning.

The areas of Boundbrook and West Palm, Port Antonio, were among rain-hit areas where motorists had difficulty traversing roadways.
