Despite the inclement weather affecting several parishes across the island since Monday, Tmrw.Tday Culture Fest kicks off in Negril today.

A source close to the production team indicated that everything is in place for the week-long festival.“So far, it is sunny in Negril. We have not seen a drop of rain today, but we are fully prepared and measures are already in place should the weather change,” said the source who requested anonymity.The Meteorological Service said the weather condition, caused by a trough, is expected to continue into tomorrow.Roots reggae singer Protoje & The Indiggnation will be the headliner at the festival.Fresh from tour, the singer said he is anticipating a great performance in Jamaica.“We just came off tour where we did like 30 shows, so we are very seasoned and feeling really good. I can’t wait to deliver a unique vibes. I only perform in Jamaica once for the year, so I am going to do it a little different,” Protoje told the
