St Andrew farmer shot dead
ST ANDREW Jamaica – The police are reporting that a farmer of Tower Hill district in Mavis Bank, St Andrew was shot dead by unknown assailants in his community yesterday, Sunday, June 4.
Dead is 43-year-old Rupert Lumley, of a Tower Hill address.Reports from the Constant Spring Police are that about 7:40 pm residents heard several explosions and summoned the police. On their arrival, Lumley’s body was seen lying along a roadway with multiple gunshot wounds. He was taken to hospital where he was pronounced dead.Investigations continue.
